ACTIVE CANON MEMORIES ❧ lydia is a banshee and has a very close relationship with death. she knows she's capable of locating dead bodies and predicting if someone could be dying soon, and that her piercing scream could be an indication of such. ❧ the existence of the supernatural and being aware of the actual existence of certain creatures such as werewolves, chimeras, kitsunes, banshees, and hellhounds. ❧ the names of her closest friends, those living and dead. her most vivid memories are of scott mccall, allison argent, stiles stilinski, malia tate, kira yukimura, jordan parrish, meredith walker, derek hale, aiden. she can faintly recalls others but it comes in a haze. she is well aware allison and aiden died for their friends. ❧ the ability to fight and focus her scream as a weapon. she is aware of her past weaknesses in the physicial sense so she took up lessons with jordan parrish to learn hand-to-hand combat. soon after, she was shown by meredith walker how to focus her voice as a blunt force in fighting. ❧ she was attempting to escape someplace, leaving her with the constant feeling of needing to run. she knows that for whatever reason she was running, her friends were in danger and she was capable of contributing to that. FALSE PINES MEMORIES ❧ lydia is in wayward pines by choice. wherever else she was, she was going to be a danger to her friends and harm a lot of people. by staying in town, she is receiving the help she needs to contain whatever it is in herself that could have lost control. ❧ natasha romanoff is her cousin. they weren't necessarily very close when they were younger but nat's been a good support system in recent times. she taught her a good amount of self defense, including using leg locking as the ultimate weapon. ❧ steve rogers is her art teacher. though lydia's fairly good with painting in general, she seems to get in a weird habit of drawing a lot of trees, to which she isn't entirely sure why. poor steve has to deal with it though. ❧ bucky barnes is her cousin's strange roommate. lydia feels a constant sense of pity in his presence, mostly because of his untidy hair and awful fashion sense. she's very determined to give him a complete do-over sometime, with a shopping trip to fix his whole wardrobe. please, get a haircut as soon as possible, bucky.
